Booking inquiries

The booking form collects your name, email address, phone number, event location, optional date, budget, event type, and any notes you provide. These details are emailed to Ron G at Comedianrong@gmail.com to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the notes.

The form handler does not save inquiry contents to a website database. Emails may remain in the recipient's mailbox. Contact Ron G about access, correction, or deletion of your booking information.

Security and hosting

The form uses a hashed IP address and submission timestamps to limit repeated requests within a 15-minute window. Temporary rate-limit files can remain on the server until its cleanup process removes them. The hosting provider may also record IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and request times in server logs.

YouTube videos

Video players stay off until you select “Allow YouTube and play.” Once allowed, YouTube receives connection information, including your IP address, and may use cookies or device storage. The site uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed domain. Read Google's privacy policy for details.

Your video choice is kept in page memory only and resets when the page reloads. Use “Video privacy settings” in the homepage footer to stop players and disable further embeds. This does not erase storage YouTube may already have set; you can manage that through your browser settings. Direct YouTube links open YouTube under its own privacy practices.

Cookies and other services

This site's own code does not set cookies or use local storage. No advertising or analytics scripts are included. Fonts and gallery images are served from this site. The hosting provider may apply its own security or infrastructure cookies. External links are governed by the destination site's policies.
